What is the door doing?
Let us know whether the door is open or closed, if a vehicle is trapped and whether you can secure the garage. A scraping sound, a recent impact or a door that stops in the same spot can help us understand the problem before the visit. You don’t need to figure out which part has failed.

Repair it or replace it?
A broken part doesn’t always mean you need a new door. A damaged panel may be replaceable on its own if a matching section is available and the rest of the door is in suitable condition. If several sections are damaged or parts are no longer available, we’ll explain how a full replacement compares with a repair.

Sometimes. It depends on the door model, whether matching panels are available and the condition of the rest of the door. We’ll check those details before recommending a panel replacement or a new door.
Can you quote the exact repair price from a photo?
A photo helps us understand the problem, but it may not show every damaged part. We’ll confirm the service-call charge before the visit and explain the repair price once we know what needs fixing.
Should I keep trying the opener if the door is stuck?
Stop if the door is uneven, damaged, jammed or moving unpredictably. Repeatedly operating it does not resolve the underlying problem. Keep the opening clear and call to discuss service.
Do I need a new door if a spring or opener fails?
Not necessarily. A spring or opener can often be replaced without changing the whole door. We’ll check the condition of the door and whether the replacement parts will work with it.
How do I arrange a repair visit?
Call or send an online service request with the property address, the problem and your availability. Our team will contact you to confirm coverage, the service-call charge and an appointment. An online request does not reserve a time.
