Requesting service and confirming a visit
Sending an online request does not reserve an appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, the service address and the service-call charge before booking a visit. A request confirmation means we received your information; it is not confirmation of a scheduled job, a final price or a payment.
Please provide accurate contact and property details, and make sure you are authorized to arrange work at the property. Tell us if a door cannot close, access is blocked or there are other conditions we need to know about before arriving.
We offer service 24/7, 365 days a year. Arrival times and completion depend on your location, technician availability, site conditions and the parts needed. Round-the-clock service does not guarantee an immediate arrival or a same-day repair in every situation.
Inbound and outbound call recording
Inbound calls to Rushmore Garage Repair LLC and outbound calls from our team to customers may be recorded for staff training and quality control purposes. See the call recording section of our privacy policy for more information. This website notice does not replace any recording notice or consent required at the time of a call.
Estimates and your service agreement
Website descriptions and project examples explain the work we do. They are not a quote for your property. The condition of the door, required parts and scope of work may need an on-site assessment. Ask us to explain what an estimate includes before authorizing work.
Your agreed estimate, work order, invoice and any applicable warranty documents contain the terms for your particular job. This website does not replace or remove terms already agreed with you. If you need clarification about pricing, payment timing, a deposit or a change in the work, contact us before proceeding.
Accepted payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is arranged separately from the online service request, which does not collect card details or charge you. Follow the payment instructions supplied for your job, and ask us if an invoice or payment request does not look right.
Do not enter card numbers, security codes or bank account details in the service description or send them by email. Card logos on this website identify accepted payment methods; they do not indicate that the card companies endorse our work.
Scheduling changes, refunds and warranty questions
If you need to change or cancel a visit, contact us as soon as you can. For a refund, billing concern or a problem after service, have your invoice or job details ready so we can review what happened with you.
Product and installation warranty terms can vary by the work and equipment involved. Ask for the applicable details in writing. Any cancellation, refund or warranty terms agreed for your job remain in effect, along with your rights under applicable law. This page does not create a new fee or a blanket no-refund policy.
Safety and information on this website
Articles and project photos provide general information, not a diagnosis of your door or instructions for hazardous repairs. Garage doors, springs and cables can cause serious injury. Do not attempt adjustments to a damaged door or a spring under tension. Keep people clear and call for professional help. For an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911.
Using the website
Please use the website and request form for legitimate inquiries. Do not submit false requests, send harmful code, interfere with the site or attempt to access information that is not yours. If the request form is unavailable, call us using our contact page.
Articles, photographs and other content remain the property of their respective owners. Author credits and any stated permissions remain in effect. Contact us before reusing our original material. Links to outside websites are provided for reference; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information from website visits and service requests, including analytics and your choices. Sending a service request does not enroll you in marketing. Any separate messaging-program terms continue to apply to that program.
Questions and updates
Email rushmoregaragerepair@gmail.com or call the number for your city on our contact page if you have a question about these terms or a service agreement. We may update this page as the website changes; the date above identifies this version. An update here does not change a previously agreed job’s terms or limit rights you have under applicable law.
