Garage door motor safety functions
We check all of the garage door motor’s safety functions as part of the visit. If you have noticed unusual behavior or have a concern about how the opener responds, tell us before we begin.
Spring balance
We check the door’s spring balance. The springs and the motor do different jobs, so looking at the opener alone does not tell the whole story about how the door is operating.
System lubrication
We lubricate the garage door system as part of the tune-up, using lubrication appropriate for its components and equipment requirements. Let us know where you have been hearing squeaks or other new sounds.

Tell us what

A new squeak, a pause halfway up or a door that feels different is worth mentioning. Let us know when it started, whether it happens every time and what work has been done before.
